THE BUYING GUIDE

At Scout It Out, our buying process is simple and hassle-free. Here's how it works:

If you see something you like you can simply add it to the cart or get in touch via our Contact Form. 

We're happy to answer any questions you may have and liaise with the seller on your behalf. You will have one point of contact throughout the process for consistency and efficiency.

If you'd like to inspect the item before making a purchase, we're more than happy to arrange this with the seller. We do recommend that you do this. If you are unable to inspect the item personally, we are happy to do this on your behalf. The cost of this service will be quoted, taking into account the distance and the availability of the seller.

Once you're satisfied with the item and ready to proceed with the purchase, you can pay Scout It Out, ensuring security and peace of mind.

At Scout It Out, we offer flexible options for delivery and installation. You can choose to collect it yourself, or we can arrange delivery and installation on your behalf.

If you require short-term storage, we are happy to arrange this for you at your cost.

If you opt for delivery or storage, we'll provide you with a quote beforehand.

If you miss out on an item listed on our platform, we are happy to source alternatives for you from our little black book of suppliers.
